Perfection is overrated. In works of art, itβs the flaws that we truly appreciate. Brooklyn-based artist Valerie Hegarty should know, her installations revolve around the destruction of beautifully framed artwork. Each demolished painting and decomposing frame only contributes to the intrigue.
